One of our most recent projects involved fitting a new bathroom for an elderly lady who required an accessible walk-in shower. On arriving, we had to remove the existing radiator, toilet, basin and cast iron bath as well as knocking all the old tiles off the walls.
We then had to move the waste and hot and cold supplies from the bath and cut the waste in for the new shower tray. We were moving the basin completely so also had to move the supplies for these. We moved the pipework for the radiator too so we could change it for a nice chrome towel rail.
We fitted the new toilet and basin in their place and laid the shower tray. After the tiling was in place, we fitted the new electric shower and fitted the towel radiator onto the wall. For this, we also had to put some additional pipework in the loft.
